Returns & Refunds

At MUFU WORLD, we want every customer to feel happy and confident with their purchase.

Because many of our products may be limited-edition, collectible, handmade, or custom-designed items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Minor handmade or production variations
• Damage caused after delivery
• Lost or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

Please note that colors, textures, and small details may look slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, or the handmade nature of some products.
